Showme Iftar Jama’ie 2026 @ Masjid Al Abrar

Alhamdulillah, the Showme Iftar Jama’ie 2026 was successfully held at Masjid Al Abrar, bringing together students, parents, and teachers of Sri Showme Primary and Secondary in a meaningful gathering.

With an attendance of approximately 150 parents, teachers, and students, the evening was filled with barakah, warmth, and a strong sense of togetherness.

Preparations began earlier in the day with the packing of 100 food packs, which were then distributed to the mosque community. The meal, consisting of Nasi Tomato with Ayam Masak Merah, was shared with sincerity and care.

The programme was smoothly carried out from start to finish, including preparations, a welcoming speech by Prof. Madya Dr. Mohd Shafiee bin Hamzah (Ahli Lembaga Pengelola & Penasihat Showme), the iftar session, Maghrib prayer, and post-event clean-up. This reflected the strong teamwork and cooperation demonstrated by all involved.

Through this programme, several meaningful values were cultivated. It strengthened ukhuwah between the school and families, encouraged the spirit of giving through food distribution, allowed the community to experience the beauty of breaking fast together, and instilled values of teamwork and responsibility among students.
