At Sri Arini School, we aim to make learning meaningful through engaging and interactive lessons that connect classroom knowledge with real-life understanding. In our recent Science lesson, students explored an interesting topic — the life cycle of a mosquito.
Through visual learning materials and guided classroom discussions, students were introduced to the different stages of development, from egg, larva, pupa, to adult mosquito. This structured approach helped students to better understand how living organisms grow and change over time.
The lesson was designed to strengthen students’ scientific understanding while encouraging active participation and curiosity. It also helped them develop important skills such as observation, critical thinking, and inquiry-based learning.
In addition, students were encouraged to explore and appreciate the natural world, fostering a sense of curiosity about living things and their environment.
At Sri Arini School, we believe that learning becomes more impactful when students can relate concepts to real-life situations. Lessons like this not only enhance academic understanding but also nurture thoughtful, curious, and observant young learners.
